I am disputing a credit card that I never had or authorized in my name. I have been contacted by Capitol One stating that I owe a payment on a credit card in the amount of $1505.48 under address 2009 Crums Lane Apt #8 Louisville KY where I never lived. The credit card was opened in December of 2003 and closed in Feburuary 2005. The customer service representitive that I spoke with told me that payments had been made on the account (#5178052398976882). I will not pay for this credit card because I didn't open this account up.
