CCA Credit Service Division I never signed up for this card! How did they know my name? and what else do they know? Las Vegas Nevada

Well to start I am only 18 years old, I got this letter in the mail from CCA, which is not unusual because i did sign up for a couple of cards a few weeks ago to begin my credit. I'm glad i looked online before activating it though! Something didn't look right. It read that I had a $6,500 limit with cash advances no interest, it actually got me pretty excited but comon now that's too good to be true. They gave me 2 options to activate, an on-the-phone electronic signature, or a mail-in signature. It just worries me though that if they had my address and everything, what other information could they have? Did another bank sell my information, I am just really confused and i just hope that they don't have my social security number or anything. What can I do to better protect myself from fraud??????
