Central Florida Finacial pray on disabled Florida Internet

i drive truck and am not the smartest person,i have a learning disability. i get this call tellin me i can get a credit card even though i have no credit. so i ask what they need. they tell me all they need is a check number,my routing number,and the account number. so i like a fool gave it to them. they said it would be debited as a check that was why they needed the check number. i called my fiance and told her what i did, she was mad. she went to ripoff reports and checked out this company. she called me back to tell that i had just been scammed by central florida financial. i told her to go to bank and put a stop pay on the check and she did so.

two days later central florida financial debited my checking account, only they didnt submit it as a check,they submitted it as a web transaction so my account bounced. how can it be a web transaction if it was done over the telephone. companies like central florida financial are constantly praying on the elderly, the learning disabled, and the disabled they need to be stopped
