What ever you do, do not get a Charge.com account. This
company is a joke. They tell you that you do not get any hidden fees. But I
tell you when I first started to apply I was contacted by a sales member who
promised me that I would get the first month free that I would not get charged
for the first 30 days.

Well I registered on July 17 and requested to be canceled by
email on the 23 of July. He kept emailing me back telling me to calm down that
I am trying to run a business and need to hold off that it will grow. Well I
kept begging that they cancel my account but they waiting until the beginning
of the next month.

When I had signed the contract I only accepted to pay $29.99
a month if I was going to keep the account. Well for some reason that charged
me $54.95 from my bank account with no warning and over drafted it. I had filed
a claim with my bank and they told me that they agree with me that they were
not authorized to charge my account. I was refunded.

But it shows it as being refunded from Cynergy Data. Well I
get my account canceled on the 4th of august they charged me on the
1st. Well I got my money back on the 8th. Today August
26, 2011 I get a letter from a collection agency. They tell me that they tried
to charge my account and could not get any money, HAHA I had my account
blocked. Well after that I call Cynergy data and ask them what the heck is
going on.

They told me that they tried to charge my account on the 8th
and could not get anything; they told me that they tried to do it on the 1st
and was declined. I told them that it came out of my account. And I was not
going to pay it, She asked me If I had a bank statement that I could send them.
So I did. This shows that they have hidden fees and also are so unprofessional.

I wish I had found these reports before. Also when I applied
to become a merchant they asked me If I wanted to use American express. Well I
said NO. Because how much it was going to be. Well why did I start getting
stuff from American express telling me that I am now a merchant with them and
can now accept their credit cards, I SAID NO,,, Please save your self the
trouble and do not become a merchant with this company. I will not pay the fees
that they are trying to charge me again.
