Chase - Credit Card Chase said they will not negotiate any credit card APR's It looks like they will continue to rip-off the consumer with their outrages 19.99 APR's. Even if you pay your bill on time, every time. Wilmington, Delaware

Chase Credit Card Company says they are not negotiating any APR's. They will continue to rip-off the consumer with their 19.99 APR even if you pay your bill on time, everytime, and pay more than your payment. Why are the Credit Companies allowed to do this to consumers?

Are you going over your limit? I have never went over my limit, pay by bills on time and the keep bringing down my interest rates on my cards. And I have a fair credit score. I'm currently at 6% apr on my cards.

*Anyone can 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT BANK OF AMERICA PAID A FRAUDULENT CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD, and that should take you to where- DOW JONES POEM is posted.

The Dow Jones lost 213 points today, 1-21-2010.
