I recently received an application to receive a credit card with a $5,000 limit. The company asked for a $45 or $49(rush processing) fee in order to send the card to you.

But to my surprise the card never manages to make it into my possession. There is no way to contact the individuals who are responsible oncr you realize that you have been had.

The paper they sent was bordered with green and labeled as an acceptance certificate. I have now more recently received the same acceptance report asking once again for the processing fee, but this time the letter is bordered with blue. I would like to get my money back, but the bigger issue us that no one else gets scammed by this offer. It is one of the worst scams I have personally encountered.
