I turned to this company when trying to rebuild my credit after a bankruptcy. They gave me a small limit which was fine and charged an application fee and have started charging a monthly 'annual' fee.

How is a fee that's charged monthly an 'annual' fee? Why would it be different every month?

I called to find out and all the information I could get was "This is an annual fee". When I asked why it was charged monthly, I was told "This is an annual fee".

I requested they close my account. They stated they did and I hope to never hear of them again.
