Credit One Bank Someone opened an account in my name, and the company refuses to do anything about it Las Vegas Nevada

Several months ago, someone opened a credit card account in my name with this bank. When I found out, I immediately notified the bank that this had occured, and was advised that it was taken care of. Now six months later, I am being harrassed by collectors, and when one tries to conatct the bank it is a series of bumblers and evaders. Of particular note is a self described supervisor named Donna, employee number 3340, who is rude, inarticulate, and abrasive. In addition, she is ineffective (her statement). More likely than not, I believe that her conduct is illustrative of the poor attitude and lack of integrity of the bank itself, as repeatedly I was transfer from one department to another, and offered a variety of payment options (on an account that I didn't open!)
