Discover Card Discover Personal Loans "LATE FEE" whether you are "late" with payment or not slow prossessing Sioux Falls South Dakota

I was offered a "loan" by Discover Financial Services to pay my "DISCOVER CARD" off at a "fixed rate".

Since I started the "loan" it seems like every other month I would be "late" with my payment and charged $29.00. This happened several times and I called and complained about it.The first time they gave me a "credit"...All the times after I was told they could not and kept charging the $29.00 late fee. It didnt matter when I sent the payment out.When I told them I have never been late with payments to anyone else and I didnt want my credit ruined with there "bogus" late fees,they told me "DONT WORRY IT DOESNT SHOW UP ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT" until you are late 30 days!!!!!!!

This "smells" like a scam a VIDEO retailer was doing to there customers,and was sued for it.I think we need another "class action suit" from what I see on the "RIP OFF REPORT" IM not the only one getting screwed by them with the "late fees"

Beware and choose another credit card company before using "DISCOVER", because you will "DISCOVER" you are getting charged for "late fees" when your not late
