I open a acount with emerge visa card in 2003 and closed it in 2005 paying it off with dmcc. In 2007 I payed the final ballence off and then I get calls from emerge saying I now have a emerge mastercard with a over due ballence of the same amount. I payed off the visa emerge. I called back and talked to every body who is in charge which I also mailed a copy of my bank statment of the check paid to emerge visa, which they now deny of recieving . I still get calls for a false account I never had. I don't know what else to do?
