EVO Merchant Services is a big rip off. Lairs, Thieves and Scammers !! Goose Creek South Carolina

EVO Merchant Services is a company on the up and up.. there are sales offices throughout the country.. while it is quite probable that there are less than honest sales reps out there (obvious from the amount of complaints) EVO acts in ways consistent with their contracts every time.. matter of fact.. they don't always charge merchants everything that a contract entails as long as the merchant has been a good customer over time.

When you guys fill out these reports you shouldn't point out an entire company for the actions of an independant contractor sales represenatitive.

Some reps are obviously going to be better than others.. I have been with the company for 10 years and have never had a problem with a merchant.. but that is because I spend the time with the merchant to go over every detail of the contract when it is time to sign.. I am assuming from these reports.. that other reps do not do that...

When you are signing up to accept credit cards you should always read the contract.. espscially the term and termination sections and go over your rate schedule with a fine tooth comb.

Doing this will allow you to not be "scammed" by a less than honest independant contractor.. I hate to say it.. but if you do get "scammed" it is your own fault.. read the contract before you sign it.
