F I A Card Services Dispute Resolution Section aides and abets ripoff company charges Dallas Texas

My credit card was fraudulently charged $89.31 by the Extreme Acai Berry Company which is located in Davie, FL. There are many complaints against this particular organization on the Rip Off Report website.

I reported this to the dispute resolution section of F I A Card Services and they originally issued a credit to my account. However, a few days ago I received a letter from them informing me that the charge will be put back on because:

"As a consumer, you are offered a certain level of protection against business practices from merchants that accept credit cards as a means of payment. However, merchants may operate their businesses independently and set return and refund policies that best suit their business needs."

What about the needs of the customers of F I A Card Services? And just what level of protection are they offering? They are aiding and abetting these ripoff
companies and I am not going to stand for it. The credit card company will not receive the $89.31 from me!
