Attention all Maryland victims. Please be advised that the State of Maryland has negotiated an agreement with Fairbanks Capital, separate from the Curry Class Action, separate from the FTC/HUD agreement. The State of Maryland Agreement provides for 100% reimbursement of any and all illegal fees charged, including for drive-bys.

The State of Maryland has also established re-financing of the Fairbanks Loans with a provider that will offer competitive interest rates. Please contact the community law center in Maryland for information, or search for "Fairbanks Maryland Settlement" on the web. Do this immediately - payments to Maryland residents was to be sent out late February!!
