First Consumers National Bank ripoff trying to collect on a paid off credit card Linden Michigan

This company is trying to collect on a paid off credit card i paid off in the late 90's they say i owe 667.91.my credit limit was 5000.00.i won the lotto and at that time i paid off all my bills.they say the servicer is paragon way inc. ihave not heard of them.also acollection agency called leading edge recovery solutions,llc say they are collecting on this debt.i called them on a number of ocasions and told them this is not my bill that maybe someone else is using my social security number but,they keep writing me every week.please help me.thanks harriet.they say the amount owed is in my name which at the time would have been harriet d. cutler.
