FIRST DATA LEASING Fraud- Hook Line and Sinker Contract Internet

First Data leasing is using hook line and sinker tactics to siphon money from unsuspecting individuals and small companies. The contract that the victims sign or  supposedly signed has a catch 22.

first data leasing is just a part of the main contract. if the primary contract is voided or terminated then every thing below that also terminates.

In order to accquire the merchant account, first data leasing is unavoidable (a forced service). The equipment first data leasing is providing is a part of the service that it provides for merchants in order to accommodate in part or fully, the transactions.

so if your contract is terminated or cancelled then first data leasing is not providing the service but charging for the equipment which is associated with the service it should be providing, which is reading the data from the card and sending it for processing. Here, First Data is breaching the contract by demanding payment for service it is not providing.

Here is my theology.. you leased a car and the part of the contact had a clause, NoN cancellable spare tire lease for 4 years... your car gets repossessed within a year but you still paying for the spare tire... make sense?  nooooooo.

Also the merchant account contract clearly states the maximun amount that the merchant is allowed for monthly transactions.

Those who have been victimized by these so called crooks should start billing First Data for the full amount if your contact was unjustifiably terminated.

I believe that any good attorney should be able to figure something out and apply regulating Federal laws to stop such abuse and harrasments and fraud by these companies and hold its employees responsible because they are the agents of the conspirators.
