I sent my application to Legacy Visa on 09/20/2003. The $10.00 processing fee was debited from my account on 09/27/2003. Here it is 10/27/03 and I have yet to see the Visa card or decline letter ect...

They do not provide an 800 # to check the status of your application nor do they provide a web address. I should have read the information that was sent with the application thoroughly. The letter was signed by a B. Cole as Vice President. And there was no real information give on the porcessing timelines. I only applied to help rebuild my credit history and only feel that I've been ripped off for $10.00 thus far.

When I saw the report on your main page from Glenn I retreived the package that was initially sent to me and all the information that Glenn stated was sent to him is in my letter or package. This triggered an alarm in my mind that I could be getting ripped off as well.
