legacy visa needs to go! Several times over the past year they have failed to post payments or release clear funds. When the problem first occurred,I was told that new account payments were held for fifteen days. In January 04, Legacy failed to post a payment that had cleared my bank. When I spoke to customer service I was told to fax them the check from my bank to prove
payment. The account would be credited the next day.

Needless to say the check wasnt posted. Again, when I called the answer was that they had to research the check. EXCUSE ME! It took them several days to credit the account. Numerous times it has taken 2 weeks to credit the account. All the time interest late fees, and overlimit charges have been applied. I am still waiting for the account to be credited this month since the
payment has been cleared from my bank.
