First National Merchant Card CCA Ripoff Claimed it was a VISA or Mastercard IT IS NOT Las Vegas Nevada

First off, I didn't apply for this credit card online. I was applying at another site, which I qualified and received this card. I was contacted by phone "to confirm my information".

I gave my checking account number and routing number and they asked me what day would be convenient to withdraw the $299.00 from my account. I gave them a date 3 weeks from that initial phone call.

After thinking about the situation, I decided not to do it. When I called the company back, they were very rude and said that I could not cancel the payment because I didn't give them 5 days notice.

I watched my bank statement because the day it was supposed to come out of my account, it didn't. It took another 8 days for them to draft it out. I thought they had, acutally, canceled the debit. My bank statement shows a phone number for the company.

I tried calling this number with no luck. My bank has the company listed as a medical discount card program. Not At All what I applied for.

Don't ever give them your information. Now I have to cancel everything and start all of my financial accounts again!
