OK. So the contract I signed never said it was a three year contract for merhcant processing. It did refer to a 42 page booklet they sent AFTER I signed up that has in it somewhere that it is a three year contract. The rep that signed me up IN PERSON never said it was a three year contract and didn't give me the 42 page book at that time - it was sent later. The rep even knew I might not need the account for three years. Anyway, now they will not let me cancel and continue to charge.

I am told that NOW the contracts say it is a three year contract but that does not help me. The basic answer of the three customer "service" agents I spoke with was "its not our problem."
