I was shocked to see my interest rate go from less than 6% to 22.9%. When I called the company, the customer service people were rude and unmovable saying I was notified when I was not. In past 6 months, I have cancelled 4 cards due to term changes and I read every statement received. We pay on time and pay over the minimum on cards and can afford what we have charged.

I received a letter from a financial services advisor named Jennifer whose letter did not even address the issue - they DID NOT notify me. This will cost us more than $2000 this year in interest alone and I am fuming. I am contemplating filing a lawsuit and checking to see what class action might be possible.

This injustice cannot stand.
