First USA / Bank One RIP OFF!!! Had 9.9% interest rate - RAISED to 22.99%!! Re-evaluated account?!?!? - NO HELP FROM **CUSTOMER SERVICE** Henderson Nevada

CREDIT CARD HOLDER'S BEWARE!!!!!

I was offered a "low" "fixed" rate of 9.9% on balance transfers only to find out that after 4 months, they hicked my rate to 22.99%!! They claim they sent out notification and that I could've called to reject this new rate. At the time these notifications were sent out, I was in the hospital w/ my 2 month old son for 3 weeks. I never left the hospital and had family pay my bills. I told Bank One of this and they didn't seem to care!

They also adviced me that my rate was increased due to late payments .... late because THEY kept screwing up my bills and sending them to me late!!! I also told them about this........but, didn't seem to care!!! I have since balanced transfered everything, minus $813.02 to another credit card and when I received the bill, I paid the balance in full........ Do you think that was the end???? NO! They sent me another bill for $11.13 so, in efforts of avoiding a call to "customer service" I paid it.........Do you think that was the end??? Um...NO! I have now in my hand another bill for $63.86 ... This card has been closed since February!! They claim I owe late charges of $29.00 ....twice! WTF!

They are FRADULENT and should be STOPPED!!!

I WILL look into a lawsuit!
