GE Capital Cons Cardco ACCOUNT PAID IN FULL COMPANY STILL CHARGING INTEREST AND LATE FEES Orlando Florida

According to My May statement My new balance due was $836.99 on June 2, 2004 full payment was sent. GE Capital did not post my full payment until June 11, 2004 and have now added additional interest and late fees. The Late fees were for July in the amount of $27.25 and on the August bill the late fee of $15.00 was added. It appears that the interest was put on this account for July even though it was paid in full in June, and the late fee was the added on August statement.

I tried to discuss this matter with them and they in so many rude words told me they could do that and would continue to do so. I have every intention of filing complaints with any one and everyone that will listen. This company is a rip-off and should be stopped by honest comsumers.
