Goemerchant.com incompetent worker cancels my 4 year old merchant account Haddon Heights New Jersey

Incompetent worker puts in the order to cancel my entire merchant account instead of simply cancelling the shopping cart portion of my merchant account with goemerchant.com.

After years of service, I suddenly started to have credit card processing issues which turned out to be because of this idiot employee filing the cancellation of my merchant account.

I have now spent three weeks fighting to get my merchant account operational again. goemerchant required that I change to Best Payment Solutions which has been nothing but a fiasco. I've lost three weeks of more than $10,000 of my own money because of my being forced to process refunds to my customers because of this fiasco.

goemerchant.com is utterly incompetent, could care less about customer service, and have done nothing to rectify the situation.
