I recieved a call out of the blue asking to verify my banking information. I asked why and they explained what it was for. I told them that I did not order this card, did not want it, and was not paying for it. The very next day I did my normal check of my bank account and found that they had taken $159.00 & $19.98 out of my account. They said that they will send me a refund in 30 to 60 Days

You need to contact your bank

You will probably need to close your bank account, AFTER disputing this charge with the bank. Chances are pretty good you will not receive a refund, and they will string you along until the 60 days are up, and it can't be diputed anymore.

But, why did you give out your bank info in the first place? You said you didn't want the card... and if you gave them the info before they told you about it, then you need a reality check. NEVER NEVER NEVER give out bank information on the phone to ANYONE. You are just asking to get screwed.

Anyway, you need to dispute the charge and close your account. They will suck your bank account dry.
