We transferred a balance upon receiving a sollicitation from Juniper in the mail. The balance showed up on our statements from Juniper, but the original creditor did not receive pay-off. Account was opened on May 8th, 2008 with Juniper, and we have made payments and accrued finance charges to Juniper.

Meanwhile the original creditorcalls several times a week asking us to pay the bill. We did pay both bills one month, but can't afford to pay both companies. So the original creditor threatens to report us to the credit bureau as deliquent.

I have called Juniper many times thoughout June and July to try to resolve. I just sent a fax complaint to their exectuive offices (fax# 302-255-8301). The first error was blamed on an incorrect account number entered into their system, which sentt the pay-off check to the wrong company. The second mistake was the lack of resending the check once I notified them of their error. There is no satisfactory explanation for this failure.

I just attempted a third time to resolve the issue, and was told that they would send a check to the creditor. But the would not guarantee that they would send it, and they would not contact me once it is sent.

Looking through the other complaints on this company, I expect that my initial failed transaction will only get worse. I sent complete documentation to their executive offices, and have made sure all calls were well dsocumented in their system, even though I was forced to repeat everything on every call.

I have exhausted all opportunities to resolve this issue with Juniper, and remain optimistic that they will resolve the problem within the next 2 weeks.
