Leasecomm Corporation Judgement on Non-Cancalable lease, altered contract & account numbers, over statement of balance due Waltham, Massachusetts

I have just become aware (again) that Leasecomm corporation has renewed their efforts to collect on a judgement that was entered in MA in 2001. It was then entered in CA (where I was living and entered into one of their Non-Cancellable contracts for a credit card machine and printer. This was in 1996, 4 year contract at $44/month. I paid all but the last 5 or 6 months, as I went out of business.
The CA attorney, John D. Carlson, has recently sent me a letter saying he will file a judgement in my now residence state of KY. I asked for the company's documentation after describing to him what the company did to me. The obtained a judgement for about $1,366 in MA in 2001 and he got a "sister-state" judgement in CA for $2525 in 2007. He say with 10% I now owe over $3,500. He is now saying a judgement in KY will add about $1,000 more.
I have been "surfing" the internet and now see how bad  Leasecomm's ethics are along with their attorney John D. Carlson.
I also saw the FTC involvement wich ended in vacating 27,000 of these similar judgements. My problem is that I think I missed out?, because I was unaware of this action. Is it too late to get a vacated judgement?
Can anyone give me some advice on where to start, what to do, etc. ANY little help will be much appreciated.
