Leasecomm Corporation They herassed me for close to a year over Themeware's Itoolbox contract that was invalid Woburn Massachusetts

The company herassed me for close to a year about five years ago, I complained to them but they never did anything at that time. i wrote them a certified letter to tell them to stop herassing me and they stopped but I still recieved correspondance for that year. I then complained to the Better Business Bureau but it didn't do anything. After 3 years I then was part of a lawsuit against them but only recieved like a few dollars and not nearly as much as they stole from me. I then called them a few months ago and they were very rude to me and they said that the statutes of limitation would have already passed if I wanted to do anything to them. I am very upset and want all the money they took from me as well as Themeware but Themeware went out of business and went belly up on broken promises, false contracts, and misleading consumers and was charged with all kinds of obstruction under the law in Massachussets. Now I am seeking a way to get atleast some of that money back but I need help. Don't trust this company, they are scammers, they need to be investigated by the US District Attorney's Office.
