I and several others were employees at Transcendent One Inc. a merchant services provider. We were hired by Luke D'Angelo with the promiss of specific salary and comissions and much more. After working at Transcendent One it became apparent that Luke had no intention of paying anyone. Slowly employees began to leave the company and file labor board disputes. The company has several pending law suites, and collections accounts not limited to labor board disputes. CEO Luke D'Angelo has and continues to knowingly write bad checks and hire more employees with no money or intention of paying them. Luke D'Angelo looks for investors to pay off other investors in a similar fashion to a ponzie scam.
Luke D'Angelo has also hired several sales agents that he has not paid. He offers stock in his company to merchants and sales agents that they never receive because he is unable to pay the transfer agent to issue it. CEO Luke D'Angelo is nothing more than a con artist. Beware of this company and any promisses it makes.

Nothing has ever been hidden from any employees of this company. Everyone was always kept informed of the company's situation. Transcendent One has never done anything illegal as insinuated by this article. Unfortunately a lot of the employees were basically kids, given an opportunity that not many people get. Their inexperience kept them from understanding the potential of being on the ground floor of a new company.
I may not know exactly who wrote this statement but I know from which office it originated. I only hope that a lawsuit is filed against all the people in that office because I would be more than willing to testify against them. The facts of this article are either false or grossly exaggerated.
Please feel free to contact me if you want the real story behind this company. As an employee and shareholder I can give you an accurate depiction of this company and it's potential.
