Poor customer service, they do a bait & switch on you with rates, etc. They purposely withhold your deposits for no good reason other than "risk". Stay away from them! New York New York

These two companies are expert con artists. They scammed me by charging me more than double the rates quoted & that they put in writing. They purposely withheld one of my deposits from Feb. $2168.00, did not notify me that they withheld this deposit until April 4th. Then they made me submit 3 months of my bank statements, trade publications, and current invoices, etc. before they would release these funds. I finally got the money deposited at the end of April.

They lied about the rates, I regret switching to them as my fees have more than doubled from my old processor.

Very poor customer service, Allstate Merchant Processing won't even return correspondence or phone calls. If your lucky you will get a live person, but then they will give you the run around. MPS's customer service isn't any better....they promise they will correct their mistakes, but at the end of the day...the problems remain the same.

Stay away from doing business with these two companies.
