An attorney needs to file a class action lawsuit. 

I am closing my business down and they want money to close the account. When I signed up they told me I can cancel at any time  as I do not know how long I will be in business, No Problem they said. They give me a 4 page contract which says nothing about any long term commitment. Now they say that there is another booklet that tells about the termination fee, which they did not give me, (Scam Artist). They say, if I was not canceling they would make money off me and they want the money that I would have paid them. Then they should pay me for the money that I might make, if I was not closing my business. They want me to sign a cancellation form and mail it back.

I would not recommend Merchantone to any one, one terrible head ache.
