Midland Credit Report - Providian Financial ripoff college fraud innocent young person targeted by school system outside state only 18 and not over the age of 18 first two or three months of 18th birthday now 26 and am feeling pissed Altoona Pennsylvania

i was young, had no credit, got divorced...nothing in my name, let alone mine anyway, half responsible anyway. so, i had to file bk chap 7, lawyer had his work cut out for him since i had no clue what the credit card scene was for my ex.

providian was the second credit card i recieved after my bk. dillards was the first on the day of my bk hearing.

providian not only gave me a credit card, which was awesome, couldnt get one before because i had no credit, but started w/ $1000 limit. no horrible fees, nothing like that. even maxed at $1000 my payment was resonable.

they have helped me totally establish the credit i never had that went bad :)

i now have 2 providian cards, one visa, one mc. still my fave company since they helped me through the hard times. my limit on my first one after 5 years is $5000. tempting, but try to avoid that number :)
i have never had any complaints with them, even when i have been late with a payment, i just tell them why and they have been great. so, i am sooo standing up for providian!
