I was promised rates below 3% for credit card processing. I had a good one before, but they promised lower rates. The salesperson laughed @ how high my rate was.... After 3 months, NPC takes a consistent 4.5 - 5%!!!! Total and complete scam. Don't trust their salespeople. I can't get a hold of anyone now.
