On 07/14/08 I placed an order with QFL for a 14 day drial of the Wu Yi Diet Tea in which a charge of $4.89 was charged to my checking account on 07/14/08. I received the product via mail on 07/21/08 and have been using it now for approximately 9 days.

On 07/28/08 a charge of $25.99 was posted to my checking account and as a result I have been charged several insufficient fund fees just for that unexspected charge to my account.

I am going to discontinue the use this product and will be sending it back to them on 07/30/08 for my full refund plus any additional fees that may have occured do to QFL failing to charge my account 14 days from the actual date I received their product which can be verified by the Postal Service. I have not completed the 14 day trial and as of today I don't wish to use their products any longer.

Hi,
This customer is mistaken on who charged his account. Natura Brands DID NOT charge this customer anything. They ordered from http://www.qflinc.com and not Natura Brands LLC.
Qfl is located in New Jersey.
Natura Brands LLC is located in Wilmington NC.

We in no way want to be associated with QFl Inc
