I RECEIVED TBY MAIL AN OFFER IN WHICH THE PROMISE A VISA CREDIT CARD BY PAYING A PROCESS FEE OF $ 39.00 , I NEVER RECEIVED THE CREDIT CARD AND WHEN I CONTACT THEM , THEY TOLD ME THAT WA TO RUN MY CREDIT. IN THE OFFER NEVER WAS MENTHION THAT THE 39.00 WAS TO RUN MY CREDIT.

We dont even have the mechanisms in place in order to do that, so we couldnt check your credit even if we wanted to.
