Next Card Credit Card Account ripoff Bronx New York

Next card just days before they went out of busness i had recivived a letter from there collection deparment asking for payment on my next card account when i open the letter i almost died. The $ 2700 dollars i had on the card had jump to about $7900 dollars as i spoke to the company i said i just saw my account statment i see alot of thing that i did not buy or even ever ordered. he said well pay the money and them will investegate , i said pay what do you mean pay i am telling you this a fraud i am reporting, so you can state and investigation on it stop the card.

He said so you saying your not going to pay well i razing your interest to 27 present and i want you to cut up the card and mail it in to us now i did i cut the card up and mailed to then they eturn a real masty letter that i had 7 days to pay the entire amount or face court and collection charges and they had reported me to the three credit burals already after that i tryed to speak to them but no one answered i started to pay the card between $250 dollar a month to $ 500 a month but the account keep on swaming in amount so one day so i stop paying the bill to see who would show up and a collecttion compamy called me. they just rip me of in a very dirty way
