Northern Leasing Systems, Inc/ Roberto Salazar Mr Roberto Salazar lied to me when doing transaction to lease the Credit Card Machine. He never said to me it was going to be under a 4yrs. contract and never the less it was not going to possible to cancell at any time. When he asked me to sign forms he palce a piece of paper over contract so I could not read that I was singning a contract. He told me that was a Bank form for my deposits. Las Vegas, Nevada

Mr Roberto Salazar works for Northern Leasing Systems,Llc in Vegas, Nevada.

He came to my business xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, LLC around 2005 and offer a credit card machine under no obligation at all. He said to me that I could return machine or cancel
service any time and that the price will be better then any other company.

When I was signing papers he placed another piece of paper over top of contract so I could not see that I was signing a contract. When I asked him what form I was signing he told me it was for my bank for the deposits.

I never saw those papers again until Northern Leasing System called me to congratulate me for the machine and thank me for doing business with them. I told them " this is a mistake I have not signed a contract with your Company they said: yes you signed a contract to our sales person Roberto Salazar. I looked for those papers and Mr. Salazar Placed that signed contract under a stack of old files and paper in my office. I could not cancel contract and I am paying at present time about $ 80.00 Dlls. a month for a machine that I have not used at all.

Mr Roberto Salazar Northern Leasing Systems employee 3 yrs. later used my identity to lease another credit card machine to another business under my name and he used all my personal information and forged my signature on this other documents. So far I have done a Police Report with local Authorities regarding this problem. But Northern Leasing for about 6 months tried to collect money from me and they even went to my checking account and took out $ 180.00 without any authorization. I appreciate any help I can get from you regarding this matter.
