I have a store but I have problem with my "Alpha card services" credit card terminal provider for my store. I signed there application and start to do business with "Alpha Card Services" but they just deposit the money that my customer used credit card in my store for only started from March 30, 2009 to April 15, 2009 there after they are held 100% of all my money from April 16, 2009 to August 26, 2009 so is almost 5months total 100% credit card sales amount. But still they don't want to let my money go. Even I do have good credit and never had charge back from my customer. Please help my situation. Please let me know how I can get my money back from "Alpha Card Services, Inc"

If our risk department holds funds for any reason those reasons would have been explained to you in detail. Every credit card processor has a risk department which monitors fraud and risk. One of the ways to protect merchants, consumers and ourselves from fraud is to hold funds that may be attributed to fraud until the situation is sorted out.
