Paypal Plus Credit Card / GE Money Bank / Unity Department Consistent Phone Calls, Misplacing of Letters & Faxes, Not Crediting Late Fees, & Returned Check Fees Orlando Florida

PayPal has been calling me almost everyday for the last 25 days saying that I didn't pay my bill, but I Never miss a payment, so they charged me with a Late fee & Returned check fees. I checked my account and everything went through just fine at the beginning of the month so I sent the Unity Department a fax like they asked on the 14th of August, and they stated that they NEVER received it.

So I gave them a few days like they asked to make sure that it had not been misplaced, and at that time they said they would not bother me with phone calls about not making my payment. Well I did not hear anything from PayPal until the 24th and that day my phone rang 10 times like it does every time they call! I explained to them that I had fallen very ill, and that I had already gone over the whole situation about 5 times with 6 different people and had gotten nowhere.

They said that the Unity Department never received my fax, and I asked for a physical address at that time so they gave me one, reluctantly I might add, and I verified it with the lady I talked to. I told her that I would try to get the letter sent again on Monday. Well it went in the mail, but did not get mailed until Tuesday, and to this day the charges are still in my account, and I have had to disconnect my phone due to the constant phone calls from them saying that I have not paid my account.

This has gone on before, but it has never been so hard to get through to PayPal, and it takes them forever to take charges off. They are losing the papers that I send them a bit too much for my liking because it makes me look bad, and I don't want a bad Credit History! I am sick to death of Credit Card Companies thinking that they can push people around and bleed us dry, especially when we have already paid them!
