I contacted Pipline Data so that at my art shows I could accept credit cards, all was fine and well, I was told that it would only cost 10.00 per month, 25 cent transaction fee and a small percentage. This was true at first, then I get a letter telling me I have to pay a 75.00 end of year fee for something that I had never heard of, nor I was I ever told about this.

I called to cancel and then the trouble began. Right off the bat after telling them I want to cancel they take 19.95 out of my account, so I canceled my account refusing to give them one dime more. I now have a bill for 100.00, where did that number come from?? I still refuse to pay and now they are calling me, I will keep track of all the harassing calls.

Now, if anyone is going to take up the class action lawsuit let me know as soon as you do, I will be glad to give up all my info!

When first signing up with Pipeline Data I was told and the operator comfirmed that a charge of 10.00 a month plus a small transaction fee would be all that I would have to pay for the credit card service on my iphone. After a few months I get a letter telling me I would have to pay 75.00 for some other fees not previously discussed, and then 19.95 taken out of my account. I closed the checking account immediately. I was told I would have to sign something to close the account, I refuse to sign anything with these people. Then they said, over the phone they would decliine those charges and I would still have to sign something, once again I refuse to sign anything this company has. My last bill from them was for 10.00. I refuse to pay them anything. Now I get a letter from a collection agency, also not BBB accredited for 274.90. Not sure where they even came up with this ammount. The collection agency is: Transworld Systems Inc, they used to have another name listed on your site. The Pipeline Data that I am having problems with is not listed here: Pipeline Data, 30-30 47th Avenue, 9th floor, Long Island City , NY 11101 I have looked online, apparently I am not the only one being over charged, there are numerous complaints with The Rip Off Report: http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/Pipeline-Data.aspx This company is nothing short of a nightmare.
