Pivotal Payments Axxess Payments I was promised a credit card discount rate of 1.6% for using their service but after using their service for three days we realized they were charging us 2.7%. We were finally given the opportunity to Montreal, Quebec

Axxess Payments did an analysis of our current account and said they could save us more than $1500.00 per month on our discount fees. The salesman said we would only pay 1.6% on our credit card transcations. After using the service for 3 days we realized that we were being charged about 2.7%.
We called to get it corrected and they would only lower the rate to about 2.4%. I asked the salesman originally if we wanted to cancel what the fee would be and he said that we could cancel within 30 days with no penalty.
Now they are charging us $452.00 to cancel with their company and we will have incur more cancellation fee because we are leasing their terminals.
We feel that because we were misled with regard to the fees the least they should do would be to waive the cancellation fees and other fees with regard to terminal rentals.
