Pivotal Payments doesn't even reply to BBB complaints!!!  Avoid Pivotal Payments!!!   See letter below from BBB.


This is in reference to your complaint against Pivotal Payments, Inc..  Your complaint was assigned ID#8394909.



Your BBB has tried to present your complaint to Pivotal Payments, Inc. in an attempt to resolve this matter to your mutual satisfaction. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we have received no response to your complaint. We attempted to contact Pivotal Payments, Inc. through written correspondence twice on your behalf, but we must now close this matter in our files. This does not minimize the importance of your concerns, nor is it any reflection on the validity of your dispute. You may now want to pursue this matter through an alternative resource such as the Office of the Attorney General in your state to determine if there are any laws or regulations that might pertain to your situation.

We will work hard to resolve all open issues to your satisfaction. We have over 300 employees dedicated to servicing our customers accounts. In 2010 we made great strides in lowering our wait times and improving our quality. We have several more enhancements scheduled for 2011 and I would enjoy hearing your reason for wanting to cancel and welcome the opportunity to prove to you that we are serious about improving the service we provide!
