Platinum One Benefits ripoff dishonest credit card representation with $299.00 fee Refundable but not refunded Dover Delaware

Was charged a $299.00 refundable fee supposed to be for a $2500. mastercard "credit card". This was verified in the conversation with the representative and again with the verification department of that company. The package took 6 weeks to arrive and contained only an aplication for a Debit card asking for another $159.95 registration fee for a platinum one Health plan andand a Drug club. I copied these papers and sent the original back to them via return receipt requested mail.

They signed for that package on 06/03/04. I have that receipt. Next a few weeks later I called the 800 number and was told the refund was being processed and would take another 6 weeks for me to get it. I tried to call 6 weeks later and got a busy signal no matter what time of day I called for many weeks. Now when I dial that number I get a Mazda dealer that says I dialed the wrong number. I was royally ripped off by Platinum one benefits. I have put it in search and get a health club site now. I E-mailed the given address and nothing came back to me so I know they got my E-mail. I am totally disabled and Money is hard on me.

I was totally lied to by them and ripped off. I would love to see them prosecuted for what they have done to me and I am sure many others. I'm sure they got rich off of little people like me and something should be able to be done about them. The site I found for them does still have debit cards on the menu on the left side of the screen. I was called by phone and solicited for the aplication and did not go to this site for this so I took what they said as true and asked spacificly if it was a debitcard a club card or a credit card ands was told in no uncertain terms it was a real mastercard CREDIT CARD Not a Debit or Membership purchasing program and was usable at any store, bank or ATM and if I decided not to accept it it was fully refundable.

I still have the copy I made of the original Paperwork that I received and the Confirmation that they received their paperwork back. To say the least I am really angry that People get away with things like this. I want to Thank you for listening to a very foolish old woman.
