This is I'm sure another complaint about Providian. I have been a customer since 2000, with a moderately high annual percentage rate. To my surprise 3 months ago, my interest rate went to 28%!!!!!!!!! When I called them , I was told that my spending habits waranted the increase. Funny thing though, there were no additional charges on the card! I have since paid it off, but this company is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
