My parents have been receiving harrising phone calls from target about the retailers national bank visa. They have called her twice everyday. They will not tell her why. She is getting tired of these phone calls. They have my other phone number at work, but the are always calling them. Don't know how to get them from calling them. I do not have a phone at home, and if I did I dont know if I would give it to them. They are very harrising. Please if anyone reads this, do not get this visa card.
