I also received a letter from SKS Associates that they had acquired Lease Finance Group and that money was owed relating to " tax processing and filing fees" from a years ago closed credit card processing machine that we leased and that the amount would be deducted from my account.

We placed a stop payment at a cost of $36, but been told the bank have to pay anyway and then recover the funds. Apparently the only way to assure they won't do it again is to change accounts and all the hassles that come with that. Maybe we need more deregulation.:[

Who in Florida regulated these fraudsters? Surprisingly the ban cokuldn't tell me.
