I received a credit card invitation in the mail for a $10,000 loadable Visa Card. I was instructed to send in $39 plus $6.00 shipping to receive my Visa card within 2-4 weeks.

As this sounded like a good deal to me I promptly sent a US Postal Service money order in the amount of $45 to SV Card in good faith. That was on October 7, 2006. To date, as of December 2, 2006 I have not heard one word from this outfit.

I went to the website indicated on the application form and it is just a listing of places to apply for credit cards.

You don't have to send away in the mail for a prepaid credit card. And, $45 is certainly no bargain.

Google prepaid credit card. There are real companies that offer these cards right in your town. There's no reason to send away when you can walk right in and see what you will be getting.

Plus, $45 is no bargain. There is NO money on the card. You have to add that once you get the card. So, you're paying $45 for a little piece of plastic. Bargain?

All of these cards are NO bargain. They come with a fee for everything. You load $100 and are able to spend $70. Does that sound like any kind of a bargain?
