To put this in a gentle way, Triangle Payment Systems and Burke Lipscomb is a fraudulent and dishonest buisness entity. In my whole adult and professional life, I have never come across a group of people as unprofessional, unaccountable and dishonest as of until I started a buisness relationship with them. Of course my story is very simliar to all those on the ripoffreport who have had the unfortunate fate of doing buisness with these con-artists. As a small buisness owner everything and everyone is accounted for. I, like every other fair-minded buisness person, am always looking for ways to cut unnecesssry costs. Triangle Payment Systems and Burke Lipscomb offered me sweetheart of a deal saying they would save me over $123.56 a month in my processing. They PROMISED me a certain amount of savings that could be accumalated each month. They PROMISED me rates, discounts, fee waivers and so on. They even told me that they had the authority to disengage me from a current and active processing contract and lease contract I had with my previous processor and lease company. They had me lease a terminal for $89.95 each month for 48 months which was totaling up to $4137 and I found the terminal online at atleast 10 different other companies for only $350 and less. I cannot believe I signed this lease. I also called my previous merchant processing company and told them I was offered a savings of $123 a month, and they told me that is impossible because my existing credit card company was only profiting $60-80 each month on me. This is unbelievable and sickning. I believed them (or in my case it was “Burke Lipscomb") and took his word and regrettably signed the service agreement. BIG MISTAKE. I tried to right this wrong by calling them the next day and having this resolved in a rightful manner. But instead of having this sickning issue resolved in a humane manner, I was left for dead. I had never felt so small, so helpless, so humiliated, so furious. To Triangle Payment Systems and Burke Lipscomb it was as if I was the one that was trying to pull a fast one. They told me on the phone sorry and had tried to make me think that It was I who had mistake of not fully understanding the terms and agreement of the service. After all, I had signed the agreement. Now the ball was in their hands and they could play any which way that they pleased. I was riddiculed, harrased and at one point I was actually laughed at, literaly. So there was noone there that had a hint of professionalism. Nobody was accountable for any lies, deceits, fruadulism that had occured. I highly recommend any other victims to such vultures like Triangle Payment Systems and Burke Lipscomb to PLEASE come forward with your story and report these sinister scam artists to the Federal Trade Commission or Better Buisness Bureau. You will have a lot of victims on your side.
