I have been processing with Sam Chanin and Business Payment Systems and Tribul Merchant services for years. After I built up my residual to over $5000 a month they just stopped paying me and kept all my residual. They sent me emails with about 5 different reasons why. All of them proven lies! I believe these guys are just like Madoff! They need to be charged ! Any one else who has had the same thing happen to them should call me at 203-503-7400

We are organizing all reps that have been robbed(thier money kept or taken without cause) by Sam Chanin. Mybe if we ban together a federal prosecuter will investgate and bring charges. All phone calls will be returned! Attorneys this might be a good class action suit if it can be shown they have been cheating agents all across the country!

Colby is right on the money. Many agents have already filed lawsuits

Colby, Sam and company have been doing this to agents for more than 5 years. They let you build up your residual and then steal it away. Many agents have filed suit, me being one of them. BPS owes me in excess of 700,000 and we are in litigation right now. Sam is a snake and will continue to rip people off unless he is stopped. Please post your info so I can get in contact with you and possibly call you as a witness. If you know other agents as well we might be able to file a class action suit.
