VIP Card Services - ICardservices.com ripoff Internet

I applied for a credit card with VIP credit servies. They deducted 159.00 from my account on Nov. 8th. I have called several times and have tried to talk with their "online" help. I was told 4 weeks ago... end of November that my card was on the way. I just called this morning Dec. 20th and was told that I would not be recieving a card because my information was not corresponding with what their Clearing house had.

I am supposed to fax a copy of my SS card to them so they can refund only 100.00 of the 159.00 to me. I am having my chain yanked here and I am furious. I want all of my money back. This is ridiculous. How can they tell me my card is on the way and now all of sudden my application is not valid? They got the money more than a month ago, and no one from their company bothered to email me or call me or send any letters to inform me of this. They were going to just take the money and run.
