WE USE VISION PAYMENTS AS OUR MERCHANT SOLUTIONS
PROVIDER FOR OUR BUSINESS. WE NOTICED THAT FOR A FEW DAYS OUR BANK ACCOUNT WAS NOT BEING CREDITED THE BATCHES OF PAYMENTS THEY OWE TO US. THEY OWE US CLOSE TO $9,500 IN PAYMENTS THAT THEY ARE REFUSING TO RELEASE AND ARE STATING ITS IN OUR CONTRACT FOR THEM TO DO RISK ASSESSMENT THIS WAY BUT THERE IS NOTHING IN THERE. WHEN WE ASKED RICHARD WHY WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS HAPPENING EARLIER HE STATED THAT THEY WANTED TO COLLECT AS MUCH AS MONEY AS POSSIBLE. THIS IS CLEARLY FRAUD AND WE ARE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF MAINE AS WELLS AS FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IF THEY DO NOT RELEASE THE MONIES THAT IS OWED TO US. THEY ARE USING ILLEGAL PRACTICES AND NOT HONORING THE CONTRACT. THEY OWE US CLOSE TO $9,500 AND THEY NEVER TOLD US THAT THEY ARE CLOSING OUR ACCOUNT AND HOLDING
OUR FUNDS BUT WAITED TILL WE CALLED IN SO THEY COULD COLLECT AS MUCH AS OUR FUNDS AS POSSIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
